FMAC wins big at UAE Wrestling Federation Cup
Fujairah Martial Arts Club won the inaugural UAE Wrestling Federation Cup, winning first place in the overall standings. The club’s wrestlers put on a dominant performance, winning 28 medals, including 8 gold, 8 silver, and 12 bronze.
The tournament was held in Abu Dhabi on January 24th-25th and featured athletes from all over the country and of different nationalities. Fujairah Martial Arts Club’s wrestlers were clearly the class of the field, winning in all age groups and weight classes.
Nasser Abu Shawish, manager of Fujairah Martial Arts Club, was thrilled with the team’s performance. He dedicated the victory to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, president of the club. He also praised the team’s coaches and athletes for their hard work and dedication.
