The first two big-name music artists set to perform at this year’s Emirates Dubai 7s have now been confirmed, with DJs Melanie C and Jax Jones headlining the Beats on 2 stage on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29November respectively.

The Middle East’s largest sports and entertainment festival returns to The Sevens Stadium from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 November 2026, ahead of the UAE National Day holiday, with tickets for the three-day event now on sale.

As always, a packed schedule of music and entertainment will take place across all three days featuring a stellar line-up of both local and international artists, and the confirmation of two high-profile DJs in Melanie C and Jax Jones, with more to follow in the coming weeks, undoubtedly adds to the sense of excitement and anticipation for this year’s Emirates Dubai 7s.

Two huge acts

A respected DJ with a lifelong passion for dance music, Melanie C’s sets fuse house, techno, disco and euphoric club classics, while she recently completed a fifth year of performances at the iconic Pacha Ibiza.

Having established worldwide fame as one fifth of the Spice Girls, the best-selling female band of all-time, before going on to enjoy a successful solo career, Melanie C has sold over 100 million records globally.

Within the last 12 months, the Liverpudlian has headlined the Apple Music Stage at the TCS London Marathon and performed for Chanel, while previously she has entertained fans at major global events such as Coachella and the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix.

A globally renowned DJ and producer, Jax Jones has sold over 60 million singles and achieved nine billion streams since rising to prominence in 2014 when he featured on “I Got You”, Duke Dumont’s smash hit which topped the UK chart.

Best known for hits such as “You Don’t Know Me”, “Breathe” and “Harder”, Jones has collaborated with artists including Demi Lovato, Raye and Years & Years.

Over the course of his career, he has been nominated for a host of awards at prestigious ceremonies such as the Brits, Grammys and Ivor Novellos.

Mathew Tait, Festival Director of Emirates Dubai 7s, said: “We are hugely excited to announce Melanie C and Jax Jones, two incredible artists, as part of this year’s entertainment line-up.

“While the sporting action is, of course, a pivotal part of Emirates Dubai 7s, the event has become about so much more. It’s a three-day festival of entertainment and we know those fans attending always look forward to watching some of the music industry’s biggest names perform at The Sevens Stadium.

“Melanie C and Jax Jones are fantastic DJs who will undoubtedly elevate the party atmosphere with their performances at Beats on 2. With further artist announcements to follow in the coming weeks, the countdown is well and truly on to what we know will be yet another amazing Emirates Dubai 7s.”
