Al Badr Festival opens in Fujairah
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, attended the official opening ceremony of the second session of the Al Badr Festival, which is held under his patronage, and in partnership with the Ministry of Culture & Youth.
The second edition of the Al Badr Festival, celebrating the outstanding recipients of the Al Badr Grant across its three distinctive categories.
The festival celebrates Islamic arts in all their forms and religious occasions, and supports the process of cultural and artistic work of the state on a global scale. His Highness pointed out the importance of consolidating the tolerant values of Islam in the minds and souls of generations, highlighting the concepts of the noble prophetic biography of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, and talking about his exploits, positions, and the lessons learned from them. His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah honored the winners of the Al Badr Financial Scholarship, whose names were announced at the ceremony in its three branches.
